Cancellation Policy

You can cancel an order while it is still Pending or Processing from My Account → Orders.

Digital products / courses: orders complete instantly, so cancellation is only possible before access is granted.
Hardware: you may cancel before the item is shipped. Once shipped, the Refund Policy applies.

When an eligible paid order is cancelled, any captured payment is refunded to your original payment method.
